My 2015 in pictures.

Another year is saying goodbye, and this time I am very sorry about it.
2015 was a wonderful year, full of unforgettable moments I will treasure forever.
This is the story of our 2015!

These twelve months were wonderful in terms of relationship goals for The Gentle One and I. We celebrated our 11th anniversary, took quite a lot of decisions regarding our future, and supported each other a lot. Also, we managed to survive the big day preparation without getting too mad about it, so we are in a moment in which we feel we can stand anything as long as we do it together.

2015 was a splendid period for friends. I traveled a lot to Spain, so I had the chance to spend some extra time with my oldest pals. In addition, most of our long-term colleges honoured our friendship by coming all their way to Romania for our wedding. It was really pleasant to have them around and taking this unique opportunity to live adventures in Transylvania...

Our trip to Paris was other of the highlights this year. The Gentle One has had a difficult time by working on his thesis. He expects to obtain his PhD early in 2016, but that meant no much fun or spare time in 2015, so taking a break for our honeymoon was a real treat for a well done work to him. We enjoyed a lot by exploring the city (and Paris was meant to be his new favourite world capital), and I am quite sure we will visit again soon.

The aesthetic experimental chapter:   2015 was such a fun year concerning aesthetics. For about fifteen years I have been wearing classic and traditional goth looks, as most of my personal passions are related to the whole subculture. Nevertheless, this year I felt I needed a bit of fresh air and pushed myself out of my comfort zone, just to discovered I could have some extra fun by trying new things. Main consequence of this was the partial revelation of a truth I was keeping deep in my heart: I do love vintage and anachronically inspired pieces, good fabrics, and most importantly, I discovered I do have a soft spot for gothic and classic lolita looks. This year I started adding some handmade to my wardrobe, but I suspect 2016 will be the moment to invest in real high finished brand dresses. Stay tuned, because I am sure there will be a lot of exciting things happening around here this year.

Our wedding:  And of course I could not finish my year round-up without making a special mention to our big day. This was actually the main event, making us to float in a happy cloud we haven´t left yet at all. We do hope 2016 will be just the first of a good pile of merry years together. We can´t expect to see anniversaries coming!

And this was the story of my 2015!

So tell me darlings, how was your 2015? What do you expect of 2016?

    1. Thank you so much, Insomniac. I am truly excited about the new year, at this moment it looks like a virgin path to walk. There´s something very interesting about the freedom feeling of a new blank page forward, isn´t it?
